Blackwall/Thom loves to call a romanced Inquisitor “My Lady.”
He uses it to tease, to wake her up gently in the mornings, to remind her of how much she means to him, to ask her if she’s okay, and to proclaim that he is hers during the nights. He loves saying it, and she loves hearing it.

Judging by all the fandom hate for Loghain and Blackwall, it seems like the DA fandom hates characters who take responsibility for the admittedly awful things they’ve done.
