The Gamordan Stormrider is quite popular among Orlesian artists. Its vivid colors and ability to spit blazing bolts of lightning have been immortalized in many paintings, usually of the dragon fighting a regiment of bold, brave, and probably doomed chevaliers. This romantic tableau persists in art even though, in reality, most knights never see the beasts. The Stormrider prefers to make its lair in swampy places isolated from large human settlements, where only the occasional unfortunate farmer or caravan falls victim to its appetite.

While I truly am looking forward to the Dread Wolf Rises, I hope if and when they tease us again, they will show us that this game is not only about Solas and there is other content. I love the Dragon Age Series….and all of the Lore. Sometimes I think I’m the only fan that feels this way when I’m on Tumblr. I’m truly sorry if this angers people. Its just the way I feel. 😦
Don’t worry OP, you’re not alone.
Blackwall animation (The Descent), during the first cutscene (don’t ask me why he’s doing this, his gestures are unrelated to the context, it’s intriguing …).
The second lore book is out, and it’s kind of ridiculous. It’s heavy, stacked to the gills with lore, stories, recipes, songs, and juicy gossip. It also includes some never-before-seen concept art, as well as a large amount of new content we made specifically for this book. I honestly can’t even believe we made this thing.
Here are a few of the original pieces I was fortunate enough to contribute to this ludicrous tome, in order:

Dorian: Where do you get all your arrows, Sera? You have hundreds. Sera: From your arse, that’s where. Dorian: My arse should open up a shop. It’s apparently quite prolific.
Blackwall: I notice you seem to focus yourself before battle, Cassandra. Cassandra: I still my mind and focus my thoughts on the Maker. I ask for His guidance. I ask to be reforged into an instrument of His will. What about you? How do you center yourself? Blackwall: I tell myself, “It’s them or you. And if it’s you, be damn sure to take the bastards with you.” Cassandra: Well, that’s … Blackwall: Crude, yes, but it works.
